I really liked that i could access the games room even after checkout. it had comfortable couches, tables, and restrooms! i was able to store my luggage there until my departure. my kid enjoyed the space to play. It was very convenient and safe.

The walls seemed a little thin. I could hear sounds from the hallways sometimes.

the room had everything i needed. check in was super easy. the lounge on main floor was nice. the area was quiet on the weekend though it was a very quick walk to rideau centre, byward market and capital hill.

the bed was average, too springy for me! pillows were average.
